This market cannot make up its mind on whether it wants to go up or down. This type of chopping kills the put value with decay each day.

why don't the market make up its frackin mind.
While the PUT is down 5% my call spread is up about 15-20% depending on where the RUT is trading. This is further evidence that selling a spread increases your chance of success with a trade.
